Jurisdiction
You agree that the laws of the City of New Delhi, India, govern this contract and any claim or dispute that you may have against us, our suppliers, or our distributors, without regard to City of New Delhi's conflict of laws rules, and that the India Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall have no applicability. You further agree that any disputes or claims that you may have against us, our suppliers, or our distributors will be resolved by a court located in City of New Delhi.

Assignment
We may assign this contract at any time as part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of our company to another entity. We will post a notice on the Site regarding any change of ownership so that you have the opportunity to discontinue your use of the Site if you do not wish to continue to use the Site under the new ownership. You may not assign this contract to anyone else.
